Thank you for shopping at Zendrail. We aim to provide quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number)

To initiate a return, please contact us at Help@zendrail.shop with your order details and reason for return.


Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Perishable goods or personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, you may be responsible for any loss in value.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, email us at Help@zendrail.shop.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
